Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering any competition run by Shropshire Live (Shropshire Live LLP) across our website, on air, or via our social media channels, you agree to the following general terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Shropshire Live, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

Entry Limits: Unless stated otherwise, entries are limited to one per person/household. Multiple or automated entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection: Winners are selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date, unless the competition specifies a judged outcome.

Prize Claim: Winners will be notified via email or phone. If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Shropshire Live reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Data Privacy: We value your privacy. Entrant details are held securely and solely for the purpose of running the competition. Once the competition has closed and a winner is confirmed, all non-winning entries are permanently deleted.

Third-Party Fulfilment: Where a prize is supplied or fulfilled directly by an external partner or event promoter, the winner’s contact details will be shared with the prize provider solely for prize delivery or venue access purposes.

Publicity: Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity, such as a name check on air or on our website.

Standard Rules: Shropshire Live reserves the right to amend these terms, pause, or cancel any competition at any time if circumstances beyond our control arise.
