Morris Cook hosts free pensions and investments seminar in Telford & Oswestry
Chartered Accountancy firm, Morris Cook, is hosting FREE seminars at the Holiday Inn, Telford, and the Wynnstay Hotel, Oswestry on Thursday 8th and 15th June respectively to clarify recent important changes made to pension contributions.

Rules governing annual and lifetime pension contributions changed from 6th April 2011. Morris Cook’s Financial Services specialist, Mark Evans, will present the key changes and take questions on how adjustments in pension contribution levels may affect individuals and business owners.
Mark will also reveal which current investment opportunities, either through pension funds or cash, are giving an annual return of 10 percent and unveil a new Death in Service policy newly available to owner managers of limited companies.
“Owner managers of limited companies are often concerned that all the hard work they put into building their business can be lost with no benefit to their family if the worst should happen,” revealed Mark.
“These short, focused seminars will guide business owners through the complexities of pension contributions and help them understand how they can make their family’s future secure. I’ll be unveiling a product that uniquely now includes dividends and benefits in kind as well as salary as earnings. It’s attracting a lot of attention from business owners so I’ll be talking people through it.”
In addition, Mark will briefly outline what the National Employment Savings Trusts (NEST Pensions) - previously known as personal accounts or personal account pensions - will mean to business owners when they begin to be introduced into the UK from October 2012.
The seminar will start at 6.00pm and last approximately 1 hour. Complimentary light refreshments will be available.
