A new fully equipped office facility is being offered to organisations and businesses throughout Shropshire.

Modern office space in great Shropshire location available

The 55 square metre furnished space, currently laid out with ten work stations, is conveniently based on the Shrewsbury Business Park, and is available on a short or long-term basis.

It is being offered by the Community Council of Shropshire (CCS), which is a charitable organisation supporting local people, communities and organisations throughout the county.

Sue Homden, Head of Finance and Administration of the CCS explained: “Whether you are a start-up company looking for a base, or an established organisation seeking additional space, our high specification office area provides a welcoming and professional working environment.”

“We are happy to discuss any rental schemes or agreements and would stress that any surplus funds raised from letting the office space will be reinvested in our ongoing charitable work supporting individuals and rural communities in the county.

“The top floor room is fully furnished and offers natural lighting, air-conditioning, telephone and broadband connection, cleaning service, electricity and utilities, kitchen facilities and security access.”

“Our reception services include faxing, photocopying, mail sorting services and ad-hoc administration on request and we also have a fully equipped training suite adjacent to the office, which anybody can hire as a separate entity.

“On-site parking is also available and the building has full disability access including lifts and toilet facilities.”

For further information please contact Sue Homden at the Community Council of Shropshire on 01743 237847.
