A Shropshire business is celebrating success with the launch of a brand new range of products which is set to be a huge hit with customers across the county.

Success no small feet for Shrewsbury business

Shrewsbury-based A Little Furniture Shop has marked its best trading month since launching over ten years ago with the introduction of an exclusive collection of 1950s and 1960s-inspired footstools, which are all individually designed and hand-produced.

Heather Maskill, Co-owner of A Little Furniture Shop, said: “In what is still a very difficult trading environment, we are absolutely delighted to have achieved such success over the past few months. To mark the occasion and, due to the popularity of our footstools, we decided to launch this new unique range.

“We pride ourselves on the personal service we provide our customers and the offer of something a little bit different, with each item handmade to our client’s exact requirements from our workshop in Shrewsbury. Customers can choose every element of the stool to create a completely bespoke piece of furniture, from its size and shape, to the fabrics and colours used, and even the height and shape of the legs.

“This new range complements our existing offer and we would welcome anyone looking for a perfect gift or addition to their home, whether a distinctive heart-shaped footstool or a classic Edwardian chaise longue, to come along and have a chat and find out more.”

In addition to its collection of made-to-measure footstools which are available from only £125, the team at A Little Furniture Shop also offers a range of vintage chairs and sofas, as well as a full re-upholstery service bringing much-loved furniture back to life in a vast array of stylish fabrics.

For further information on the range and service available, or to discuss your exact requirements, please contact Heather Maskill at A Little Furniture Shop on 01743 352102 or email info@littlefurnitureshop.co.uk.

A Little Furniture Shop is a family-run business which has been located in the heart of Shrewsbury town centre for over a decade. The firm offers a bespoke collection of handmade footstools and vintage chairs and sofas, as well as a full and professional re-upholstery service.
