Home workers choose Garden Rooms for office space
With the need for extra space in the home, many Shropshire home workers are now turning to utilising space in their garden for providing extra office space.

Garden buildings, which don’t require planning permission are becoming more popular than ever for providing an extra space for a home office.
Mark Freeman and Tony Carey the designers of a new type of Garden Room, were recently watching a team of enthusiasts pitch a garden pod on Dragons Den, when they came up with the idea for their own Garden Room.
Tony said: “Neither Mark and myself were impressed, so we decided to design our version which had a wealth of added benefits firstly our Garden Room as we like to call it is built from only the best building materials with no cost spared.
“Our Garden Room’s use Profile 22 door and window frames, A Rated toughened glass, Firestone Rubber Roof which carries a 25 year guarantee but has a 50 year life expectancy and fully insulated walls ceiling and floor, for ultra economy.
“We also use UPVC cladding as standard and with the rooms connected to a 240V supply.
“We are so confident in our product that we are giving it a 20 year guarantee.”
The unique fixing system of the Garden Room means that if you move to a different address the Garden room can easily be disassembled and re-located.
Mark said: “Our Garden Rooms can be made to measure and can easily be extended to incorporate a shower room, kitchen, Bedroom etc.
“You choose the wall and floor covering from a large selection of brochures in our showroom.
“The concrete base and the installation of the unit as it’s all included in the price. Construction of the Garden Room takes around 2-3 days from start to finish.
“Prices are based on size, For 3.00 meter x 3.6 meter as seen in the picture would set you back £11,450 Fully fitted.”
