Mindful that many business owners cannot afford the time and costs involved in taking complex commercial disputes to Court Andrews Law, a specialist commercial law firm which operates in Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury and Leominster, offers its clients an alternative approach to resolving disputes.

Andrews Law offer an alternative approach

The firms focus is on resolving disputes quickly and economically often outside the traditional court route to enable its clients to get on with running their business. Rob Andrews, Director of Andrews Law, has over 20 years’ experience in resolving commercial disputes and advises that Alternative Dispute Resolution offers a practical, flexible alternative.

The process can be tailored to meet the requirements of an individual case and can offer a much wider range of outcomes. Depending on the wishes of the parties it can involve face to face meetings or the involvement of specialist mediators who can assist in facilitating an appropriate outcome. It allows the parties to explore more practical solutions which may for example result in business relationships being preserved for the future. Importantly it can often prove to be a quicker and less expensive alternative to the traditional Court route.

Rob explains that although Alternative Dispute Resolution may not always be appropriate it is something he advises all business owners to consider when faced with a potentially difficult, time consuming commercial dispute.
