Eight employees were recently honored for five years or more at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, while a further six were commended for 10 years and, in some cases, considerably more of loyal service.

Park Inn by Radisson staff commended and celebrate long service

Amongst the long-serving staff were Breakfast Chef Chris Giordano and Conference & Banqueting Attendant Peter Plant, who has been at the Hotel for more than 20 years each.

Fourteen certificates and gold diamond Yes I Can! Pins were awarded with a diamond for every five years, which is part of the Rezidor promise to their employees to recognize these milestones.

Special congratulations to our team with 4 diamonds (over 20 years service) presented to Peter Plant and Chris Giordano, 3 diamonds (15 years service) presented to Kathy Hamblteon, 2 diamonds (10 years service) presented to Michael Finch, Linda Lunn and Lisa Thomas and 1 diamond (5 years service) presented to Tracy Banford, Gemma Henson, Michal Jarozswicz, Danielle Braiden, Iris Guest, Joe Barton, Joan Summers and June Palin.

Lucja Leonard, General Manager of the Park Inn by Radisson Telford said, ‘The recipients of the awards deserve recognition and I would personally like to express my gratitude to each and everyone, and here’s to many more years of fabulous fun & hard work together!’

The Park Inn by Radisson Hotel has always prided itself on its fabulous and friendly customer service, and believe that having staff with a wealth of experience is central to the warm, friendly and efficient service that our guests experience every time they come to the hotel. We are lucky to have so many loyal, hardworking and long serving staff that our regulars come to recognize and enjoy friendships with.
