Shropshire architect Matthew Franklin will be providing regular free architecture clinics from the Shrewsbury offices of solicitors Lanyon Bowdler, the next clinic will take place on Friday 2nd December 2011.

Ask the Architect at Lanyon Bowdler

The clinics are aimed at anyone who has an architectural question of any sort no matter how big or small, including questions on design, construction, property or a career in architecture. This is an ideal opportunity to explore the viability of those projects that so far have only made it to paper or to discuss those renovation ideas.

Matthew is an experienced architect who runs mbf Design and has been conducting these clinics since 2009. This free service has proved very popular, especially on Twitter where the team includes a handful of design professionals in the UK and an established international audience.

To help make the service more accessible to people in Shropshire, Lanyon Bowdler will be providing their offices as an alternative venue for one session a month and people will be able to follow the clinics live on Twitter.

Matthew says ‘I want to help people with their building projects, make architecture more accessible and show people how useful architects can be and the range of work they can do’

The next session will take place on Friday 2nd December and more are planned for 2012. Bookings can be made directly with Lanyon Bowdler’s marketing team on 01952 224048 or sarah.jones@lblaw.co.uk and more details of Ask The Architect can be found at www.mbf-design.co.uk
