With the ever-increasing use of social media, one Chamber member has launched a new service to remove the trials and tribulations of setting up networking sites.

New media service launched by Midland Computers

Midland Computers is offering a complete package for its customers to set-up schemes to enable them to take advantage of new media sites such as Twitter, Google Plus, Facebook and Linkedin.

Sales manager Nick Dodd said, “This really is the 21st Century marketing explosion and we are looking to help people take advantage of the immense possibilities to exploit this new media, by offering them advice and technical knowledge.

“Once set-up, messages are sent instantaneously and can easily reach customers in a more direct and efficient way than using traditional leaflets and mail.

“It is a very cost effective method and we can design and manage a bespoke Facebook page for example, for either individuals or companies, enabling them to spread the word and raise awareness of the products or services they have to offer.”

Midland Computers, based at Halesfield, in Telford is one of the region’s leading IT Service providers, with full ISO 9001 Accreditation and lists Shropshire Council, Epson, JT Hughes and ABB amongst their list of national and local customers.
