A local recruitment agency is celebrating eight years of success in matchmaking jobseekers and employers from across the Shropshire.

Just the job for Shropshire recruitment agency

Shrewsbury-based Red Recruitment was set up in 2003 by Directors Meg Jones and Rachael Stone with a vision of providing a professional and friendly solution to staffing needs within the town and surrounding areas. Since launching, the agency has successfully placed hundreds of candidates in office-based roles across a diverse range of sectors from HR and legal to medical and finance.

With both Directors born and bred in the county and having been part of the local business community for over a decade, the agency boasts a keen insight into what local firms want, and as members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the team is highly committed to providing the best possible service to both candidates and clients.

As part of this commitment, the team has recently launched its dedicated CV writing service which has already proved a real hit with jobseekers. Candidates are given an in-depth consultation with a member of the team who then develops a professional CV that promotes their key strengths and attributes, as well as a tailored covering letter to attract the attention of the potential employer.

Meg Jones, Director at Red Recruitment, said: “As a business, we have a genuine passion for matching the skills of a candidate with an employer and are always looking at ways to enhance our offer to local people, which is why we decided to launch our CV writing service. With sometimes hundreds of candidates applying for a single position, the competition is extremely tough and we want to do all we can to help make sure they stand out from the crowd and secure that all-important interview.

“We would like to thank all our clients and candidates, both past and present, who have worked with us over the past eight years and we very much look forward to helping jobseekers and employers across Shropshire find their perfect match for many years to come.”

For further information or to have a chat with the team about your recruitment needs, call 01743 352222, email mail@redrecruitmentsolutions.co.uk or visit www.redrecruitmentsolutions.co.uk.
