A Shropshire woman has launched a bespoke service that aims to help small businesses in the county increase their sales.
Julie Sheehan, of Shrewsbury, who has over 30 years’ experience in professional call handling and data base management, has set up ‘Its Your Call’ to provide a personalised phone answering service to ensure that enquiries and referrals are not wasted.
Julie commented: “Research shows that around 80% of people do not leave a message when asked to do so by an answer phone, quite often losing a valuable sales opportunity for the company concerned.
“We provide a selective service to monitor calls, as and when needed, only passing on genuine enquiries and thereby dealing with unwanted cold calls, wrong numbers and saving businesses a lot of wasted time and frustration.
