Local law firm Andrews Law is reporting an upsurge in new instructions for its Commercial Property Team in 2012.

Property market showing signs of recovery say Shropshire law firm

Not only has the firm been appointed on the sale of a million pound plus property which it acquired in June 2011 but it has also recently exchanged on its second property portfolio transaction of January 2012, having taken new instructions from local entrepreneur and property developer Mr Silas J. Lees.

Mr Lees, a qualified surveyor and whose background lies within property restoration and estate agency has taken on a number of properties in the past twelve months as part of his campaign to make Telford and the surrounding area a “better place to live”.

Mr Lees is also keen for other local entrepreneurs to share in his success and those investors who are interested are urged to contact him. Mr Lees’ property deals offer a comparatively low risk and strong yield on investment, when compared with other investments available in the current financial market.

Commercial Property Solicitor, Ian Bowker said: “We are thrilled to assist Silas and with the increased level of activity that we have seen since returning after Christmas. In times of continuing media pessimism, this is yet another example of the resilient Shropshire business community bucking the trend. Long may it continue!”
