Specialist commercial law firm Andrews Law have joined with the UK’s leading broker of civil and commercial litigation insurance and funding, The Judge, to offer their clients a practical solution to obtaining funding for litigation cases.

Innovative link up offers litigation funding solutions

With the costs of litigation sometimes being prohibitive, Rob Andrews, Director of Andrews Law felt it was important to offer his clients a bespoke service for litigation funding options and is delighted to have formed an alliance with The Judge.

“The Judge are able to provide fast solutions as they have specialist teams liaising with multiple insurers to secure competitive terms. They offer a service which meets our remit to provide positive, practical and proactive assistance to our commercial clients and have the bargaining power to negotiate competitive premiums. With the Government proposing to abolish success fees and the recovery of ATE insurance premiums I wanted to ensure that my clients would have the most up to date products available. The Judge meet my firm’s requirements as they have experience of the wide range of commercial disputes we get instructed on, including complex business litigation, multi party disputes and arbitration cases”.

Rob is an experienced litigation solicitor, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and was a member of the Law Society’s now defunct specialist Professional Negligence panel. He is happy to give clients a free initial interview to assess prospects of success of a potential court case, and at that stage is happy to consider what funding options may be available to the client. He can be contacted on 01746 769700 or by email at rob@andrewslaw.co.uk.
