Feefo, the online feedback forum founded in Shropshire, has appointed Dee Naylor as head of customer services.

Feefo forum founded in Shropshire appoints head of customer services

Dee, from Knighton, will work at the company’s premises in Ludlow alongside customer services director Ed Lennox.

Feefo has become one of the most trusted names in the online review sector with a raft of big-name clients in the retail industry, working with the likes of The White Company, Lands’ End and TKMaxx in providing customer feedback.

It has since launched to great acclaim in the travel sector, working with firms such as Telegraph Travel, Teletext Holidays and Haven Holidays.

The Feefo system enables firms to respond immediately and publically to criticism, enabling operators to react quickly and decisively, while using positive reactions to motivate staff and build customer loyalty.

Only genuine customers can leave feedback, ensuring Feefo has stayed cleared over the furore which has engulfed TripAdvisor.

Ed said Dee’s appointment was vital in keeping on top of a growing business.

He explained: “Since Feefo launched in 2006 we have generated more than four million feedbacks for our clients.

“The whole backbone of Feefo is about encouraging the very best in customer service so it was vitally important that, as we continue to grow, we practice what we preach.

“Dee’s customer service skills are second to none and she has added a new dimension to the business.”

Dee has previously worked for West Mercia Police where she achieved her Level 3 NVQ in customer service.

Feefo, backed by Shropshire-born entrepreneur Nick Wheeler, has become the number one choice for both businesses and consumers when it comes to giving and receiving feedback online.
