Employment specialist joins Shropshire legal team
A highly experienced Solicitor who specialises in providing Employment Law and HR advice to businesses and individuals has joined GHP Legal, one of the area’s largest law firms which has offices in Oswestry, Wrexham and Llangollen.
Lynda Spiby gained a Law degree in Cardiff and qualified as a Solicitor in 1999. Since qualifying she has specialised exclusively in Employment Law and her extensive experience encompasses advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues including dismissal cases, discrimination claims, contractual matters, disciplinary and grievance problems and negotiating termination packages.
A trained Enterprise Mentor, Lynda recently obtained a CIPD Certificate in Human Resources which enabled her to strengthen and broaden the skills she has acquired during her professional career in respect of advising on personnel issues. As part of the GHP Legal Employment Team she will provide training to clients, colleagues and the wider business community, presenting at seminars, workshops and exhibitions. She will also be offering free Employment Contract health checks to Corporate and Commercial clients.
