Shrewsbury pen specialist hires website manager
A Shropshire business which specialises in pens and writing material has expanded by recruiting a website manager.
Peter Roch has been appointed by Write Here, which has a shop in Shrewsbury’s High Street.
He has been taken on to develop the online side of the business, particularly the growing pens sector.
“Despite us living in a digital age there is a burgeoning interest in high quality writing instruments – we already sell our pens all over the world and have a very loyal customer base in the UK and Peter is tasked with enhancing this area even further,” commented proprietor John Hall.
A graduate of Staffordshire University, Peter is a social media marketing expert and will also explore various ways of strengthening the Write Here brand through Facebook and Twitter.
His main interest outside work is music - he plays the guitar, piano and drums and runs his own digital record label, helping to promote local bands and organise events.
