New jobs on offer from leading Shropshire firm
New jobs are being created in Shropshire due to the success of one of the county’s leading firms.

The TTC Group in Telford is the UK’s largest provider of driver education courses aimed at reducing road deaths and injuries across the country.
They are holding a jobs fayre in August at their Hadley Park HQ which was opened by the Princess Royal.
A number of new contracts have also led the successful company to extend its opening hours so that motorists can book courses seven days a week and until 8pm on weekdays.
“It will make it more convenient for people to book onto a course,” said TTC Group’s Operations Director Des Morrison.
“Our administration staff numbers stand at 70 but we do need more to cope with this further growth. Office staff at the TTC Group has more than doubled since 2009.
“We train our employees to a very high standard and we run an office friendly environment which is efficient but also a very nice place to work.”
The jobs fayre will be held on Wednesday, August 8 from 4.30pm to 8pm and Saturday, August 18, from 10am to 1pm
The TTC Group also employ 300 driver trainers who run the National Driver Offender Training Scheme including speed awareness courses for low end speeders and courses for people who drive through red lights or break other traffic laws.
The aim of the Government approved courses is to offer an education alternative to a fine or court appearance to reduce road casualties.
The TTC Group is also a pioneer provider of the long running drink drive rehabilitation scheme.
The company puts thousands of drivers each year through courses when they fall foul of the law by drink driving, speeding or careless driving. Through TTC Automotive, they also run business driver training and are vehicle fleet management specialists.
They also help councils and local authorities provide road safety education through Managed Road Safety Solutions, part of the TTC Group.
Motorists regularly praise the company for its courses saying their driving has improved as a result. Profits from the courses are put back into road safety education and the TTC Group regularly supports charities.
