Coverage Care appoints news specialist Be Bold PR
Leading care home operator Coverage Care Services Limited has appointed Be Bold PR following a competitive four-way pitch.

The news-focused agency, headed by former journalists Amy Bould and Mark Waugh, was selected to deliver the company's communications programme from summer 2012.
Coverage Care is the largest independent care company in Shropshire, operating 16 care homes and providing a range of domiciliary care services, largely in support of older people, those with dementia and people with learning disabilities.
Chief executive of Coverage Care, David Coull, said: “We're delighted to have appointed Be Bold PR following a two-stage pitch process and from four excellent short-listed companies.
“The agency won the account based on the directors' appreciation of the landscape in which we operate as well as their understanding of Coverage Care's need to engage with a variety of audiences, from our staff and service users to our partners and stakeholders across the region and further afield.”
Be Bold PR will be delivering an integrated cross-platform PR campaign for Coverage Care across regional, national and sector specific media.
Be Bold PR creative director Amy Bould said: “We're very much looking forward to rolling out a campaign which highlights the achievements, successes and developments at Coverage Care, including the preparations ahead of the opening of the company's newest care home next year.
“Coverage Care plays a huge role in Shropshire's social care landscape and, as a not-for-profit organisation, is committed to success for the sole benefit of the people it serves. We're delighted to become part of that team.”
The contract is the third major account win for Be Bold PR in the last three months – the company's portfolio of clients also includes SmartWater Technology Ltd, Dechra Veterinary Products and the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership.
Mr Coull added: “We'd like to place on record our thanks to Roy Broad, of Network PR, who has decided he would like to take a step back to focus on his new business and charitable interests. He has established a firm base from which we can now build.”
