ISO9001 Award for Shropshire vehicle specialists
Don’t Dream it, Drive it, one of the region’s leading vehicle specialists has gained its ISO9001-2008 Certificate to encompass growth and expansion of its services.
The nationally recognised certificate ensures systematic and process driven management standards and business procedures, and is awarded for quality compliance and practices.
Company director Stephanie White said: “As an expanding company we are always looking to improve the services that we offer to our customers and this industry accolade is true testimony to that fact.
“We are especially thrilled that the ISO 9001 Certificate was awarded on the assessor’s first visit - a very rare occurrence indeed – as qualification usually takes months or even years, to reach the required standard. The award recognises the procedures and systems that we have now had in place for some time, thereby we already met the complete set of specific criteria required by the examining body.
“This takes into account our customer service and motor trade skill sets, together with our new facilities and services, offered as part of our growth.
