This week Shropshire company Tern Consultancy were celebrating the launch of their new Mystery Shopping Award for Outstanding Customer Service.

Shropshire company launches new Awards for Excellent Customer Service

After seeing some exceptional Customer Service results with their clients, Tern based in Wem, felt they needed to recognise high performing stores and therefore set up the Excellence Awards.

Bravissimo stores in Oxford, Aberdeen and Ealing were the first to receive this Award and beat off competition from other stores across the country. Although the award is presented to stores for on going excellence, the stores also hit the magic 100% a number of times in the last six visits proving they really do put their customers first.

Customer Service is key to most companies and no more so than to Bravissimo. The company invest heavily in ensuring their customers receive the very best service and work with mystery shopping company, Tern, to make sure they stay close to what customers feel about how they are treated in store.

The undercover mystery shopper said of the stores “I found the staff very helpful. They were both attentive and knowledgeable. They worked together well as a team and made me feel welcomed and valued. I would happily recommend the service I received here. I felt nothing was too much trouble for them”

“Our business in based on helping other companies achieve excellence in customer service and felt we should be recognising some of the real Stars we see in our day to day research” says Gary Edwards, Director of Tern. “We hope that all Bravissimo stores, and perhaps other companies, will be motivated by the results of this round of the Awards and look forward to recognising more talented teams over the coming months.”
