Shropshire agency appointed to work on the Mail Online forums

A Shropshire digital marketing and design agency has been appointed to work on the Mail Online forums including the awarding-winning Mail Online 'This is Money' website.
Visualcode, based in Medley Park near Craven Arms, has just completed work on the forums section of the Mail Online ‘This is Money’ website, giving them a fresh new look and changing the visual appearance of the website with new graphics, layout and style treatment.
The forums are a popular part of www.thisismoney.co.uk, which attracts nearly 900,000 readers a month. The website is part of the Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday and Metro Media Group and it has won many of the industry’s top awards including Personal Finance Website of the Year at the Santander Media Awards last November.
It is a ‘people-friendly site’ designed to be useful and informative for both the financially savvy and those with less market know-how, providing financial news and information, tips and advice as well as top quality editorial content and expert analysis.
An important part of the website is the interactive forums area where readers can chat with other members, exchange views about anything to do with money, share advice on everyday money problems, ask questions or just let off steam.
Simon Edwards, founder of Visualcode, said:
”We are extremely pleased to work on such a prestigious website. It’s vital for any website to be functional but having a good visual design is equally important. After completion of the data integration work by Nimbus Hosting, we re-skinned the appearance of the forums and this has made them user-friendlier. We've had really positive feedback and due to the success of this project we're now working on all of the Mail Online forums too including news, sport, 'Femail' and the health, showbiz, coffee break chat and travel boards.
“At Visualcode, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service to our clients, whether they are global brands or start-up companies. This is proving to be a really interesting project and the new-look forums on the 'This is Money' website are now live and we're working on the other Mail Online forums at the moment.”
