A Shropshire-based accountant has joined forces with a management consultant to offer local businesses free advice and guidance on how to thrive and prosper in periods of economic downturn at a forthcoming seminar.

Shropshire business owners invited to defeat downturn at free seminar

Steve Timmis, Director at Shrewsbury-based DJH Accountants, has teamed up with Mark Finucane of Northwest Consultancy Services Ltd to host the open event which will be held on Thursday 20th September from 9am to 12pm at the Telford Enterprise Hub in Hadley Park.

The seminar will outline the fundamental elements of running a successful business covering areas including sales, marketing, and finance, and will highlight the common pitfalls that business owners face in maintaining and growing their enterprises, particularly in times of economic uncertainty.

Steve Timmis, Director at DJH Accountants, said: “This event is aimed at all kinds of businesses, from initial start-ups to established, long-standing firms, and promises to provide business owners with practical advice on how to ensure not only survival, but growth, prosperity and profitability, in any economic climate.

“The seminar has been designed to be informative and constructive, but also interactive, and we’d encourage any business owner looking to ensure they stay on track, to come along and share their experiences, and to receive valuable support and guidance on ways to overcome any issue or concern.”

For further information or to book your FREE place, please contact Steve Timmis on stevetimmis@djh.co.uk or 01743 443390.
