Shropshire law firm Lanyon Bowdler is to hold a free Family and Private Client Seminar on Thursday 4 October 2012, from 11am until 1pm at the Wynnstay Hotel in Oswestry.

Lanyon Bowdler to hold free Family and Private Client Seminar

This informative and practical advisory event will offer advice on Wills and Family matters including;

Adopting a novel and quite unusual approach, members of the Private Client team will illustrate what can happen if someone dies without leaving a valid Will.

Using a fictitious and entertaining case study, members of the Family team will demonstrate the pitfalls of not having co-habitation, pre or post nuptial agreements in place. In addition, senior partner and head of the Family department Peter Flint will look at the benefits of collaborative law and mediation versus the traditional separation and divorce process. The team will also sensitively advise on the law and what to do if things go wrong.

Refreshments will be served from 10.45 am with the presentation starting promptly at 11.00 am. After the event a light buffet lunch will be served, plus there will be the opportunity to network and talk with the presenters about any personal concerns or queries you may have.

To book a free place, contact Rachel Donaghey on 01952 224047 or email rachel.donaghey@lblaw.co.uk.
