Two Shropshire-based chartered financial planners are celebrating after being named as Fellows of a leading national organisation.

Shropshire financial experts made Fellows

Robin Melley and Gary Matthews run Matrix Capital Limited, near Bridgnorth, and they have now both been made Fellows of the Personal Finance Society.

They are the directors and owners of Matrix Capital Limited, and have more than 25 years’ experience in delivering financial advice to a wide range of clients.

“To be named as Fellows is a real testimony to the high quality services and advice that we deliver to all our clients,” said Robin.

“We believe passionately that our industry should be strictly regulated so that clients know they are dealing with professionals, and we are committed to continually developing our knowledge to keep our skills right up-to-date.

“Chartered status means our clients can be reassured they will receive the very highest level of support from us, and to now see us named as Fellows too will give them extra peace of mind.”

Robin is also the Personal Finance Society’s Chartered Champion for the Shropshire and Staffordshire region, and both he and Gary are Associates of the Institute of Financial Planning.

Matrix Capital support both business and private clients, offering advice on investments, pensions, retirement, and inheritance tax issues.

“We operate in a very different way to the more traditional financial advisers – we offer a totally transparent fee-based financial advice service and never work on a commission-orientated basis,” said Robin.

“At Matrix Capital, we are committed to ensuring our clients maximise our technical expertise and that they receive advice that really will put their financial affairs in order.”
