A local HR consultancy is celebrating heading into its fifth year in business after being buoyed by a hat-trick of recent successes.

Shropshire HR firm marks milestone with multiple successes

Shrewsbury-based Triangle HR has marked its fourth birthday since being launched by Founder and Director Justine Vaughan with the expansion of its team, a move to larger dedicated new offices, and a number of high-profile contract wins with major national firms, all in the last few months.

Triangle HR has recently welcomed HR Consultant Nikki Hall to the team to help support new client activity, while the company has also just completed a move from its previous home at the Rural Enterprise Centre on Battlefield Industrial Park into larger offices on the business park in Knights Court. This year has also seen the consultancy more than quadruple its portfolio of retained clients after successfully securing a number of significant contracts, both across Shropshire and the UK, including a specialist education cater, a company that employs more than 700 staff nationwide, and a franchise vehicle wrapping and imaging firm which works with some of the country’s leading brands.

“Looking back on our first four years in business fills me with tremendous pride,” Justine Vaughan, commented. “From me initially starting the consultancy on my own and working from home, to now having a team of highly-professional HR expert consultants working alongside me in our new office is a great achievement, particularly during such a challenging economic period.”

“As we enter our fifth year, we are in a fantastic position to capitalise on such strong foundations – our new office provides us with enough space for further expansion as the business continues to grow, while we are already planning on hiring an HR Apprentice to further expand our team, with additional recruitment rounds inevitable if the recent string of contract wins continues as planned.”
