Telford business leaders are set to hear from an inspirational speaker with a difference – The “Hell’s Angel” of Management Consultancy.

Geoff Burch is an internationally-renowned business commentator who has a reputation for delivering presentations that really make his audience sit up and take notice.

He will be the guest speaker at a breakfast meeting organised by Telford Business Partnership, to be held on Thursday November 22, at the University of Wolverhampton Priorslee Campus.

TBP chairman, Robin Melley, said: “We’re delighted that Geoff is set to bring his unique and entertaining opinions to Telford, and we’re sure that even the most jaded of business people will be impressed.

“He’s renowned for taking key business messages and facts and turning them into hilarious stories and striking words that everyone will remember.

“His refreshing outlook on all kinds of business topics has made him hugely popular worldwide and we’re looking forward to hearing his powerful views on the world of business today.”

Geoff has worked extensively with the world’s major blue chip and FTSE 500 companies to inspire and motivate their people, and was named as Business Communicator of the Year 2011 by the UK Speechwriters’ Guild.

He’s a regular contributor and presenter on television and radio, and is the star of BBC Television’s hit business show, “All Over The Shop”.

“The “Hell’s Angel” of Management Consultancy tag came from an article in the Sunday Times referring to his love of riding huge motorcycles, and where once he might have been thought of as a disruptive influence, Geoff is now an incredibly powerful agent for change,” said Robin.

The TBP breakfast meeting is open to anyone interested in hearing Geoff’s unusual take on the world of business, but non-members will be asked to pay a nominal fee of £10 to cover costs.

To secure a place as numbers are limited, contact Jessica.barnett@telford.gov.uk or call 01952 567589.

Telford Business Partnership (TBP) is a growing network of business and professional service companies who promote the diversity and quality of their services to local firms and those relocating to the area.
