Oswestry estate agency strengthens team
The buoyant property market in North Shropshire and the Welsh borderlands has persuaded estate agents Halls to add two new faces to its successful Oswestry office team.

Residential director Stephen Powell has recruited manager Steven Murgatroyd, who moves across from the company’s Whitchurch office and assistant negotiator Emily Williams.
They join existing team members, assistant manager Hayley Jackson, sales negotiator Sian Edwards and letting co-ordinator Kate Richards.
“Our Oswestry office enjoyed another very busy and successful year in 2012 and the new year has started with a bang,” said Mr Murgatroyd. “We are receiving offers on a full range properties, from first time buyers to those seeking country properties with land.
“Following a busy December, the momentum has continued into January, which encouraged the company to strengthen the team at Oswestry under Stephen’s leadership.
“Sale prospects look good for owners who take our professional advice and set a realistic price for their property. For those seeking to rent rather than buy, we have a stock of properties available and are always looking to add to our portfolio.”
The positive employment news comes as Halls prepares to move to new headquarters at Battlefield, Shrewsbury next month.
