A local organisational development consultancy this week celebrated a successful 12 months in business and the appointment of its first Shropshire-based client.

Major milestone marked by local consultancy

Clare Hall Organisational Development has marked the milestone by taking on a new client in its home county, adding to its portfolio of clients across the wider region.

Clare Hall has teamed up with Bayston Hill business Severn Partnership, a specialist Chartered Land Surveying firm with over 30 years’ experience in the field. The business was undergoing a number of major structural and cultural changes and appointed Clare Hall Organisational Development, which specialises in Change Management, to help its senior team and staff adjust to the changes and ensure they were implemented smoothly and effectively.

Clare Hall said: “I am absolutely delighted with the success of the business so far. In the past year we have gone from strength-to-strength, taking on a number of retained clients across many sectors and really helping them to transform their businesses.”

Mark Combes, Managing Director of Severn Partnership, said: “We decided to take on Clare as we were embarking on some major reorganisation within the company. Clare has brought a fresh and new approach to the way we look at change, employing tailored strategies and solutions, as well as undertaking a number of workshops with the wider team providing leadership and senior management advisory support and coaching.

“She has spent a great deal of time to really get to know our business and exactly what we want to achieve, and we’re looking forward to the success this partnership will bring in the months to come.”
