Lanyon Bowdler takes on extra office space at Abbey Lawn
Longstanding tenants of Morris Property, Lanyon Bowdler have continued to expand taking more office space at Morris’s prestigious office park at Abbey Lawn, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury.

Morris Property refurbished the space formerly occupied by Secretary of State providing a knock through from Lanyon’s existing offices in Chapter House North, to the whole of the first floor at Chapter House South to provide a spacious modern and most importantly environmentally friendly layout.
David Battisby, Managing Partner for Lanyon Bowdler, said: “I am delighted with the new modern build and am particularly pleased with the eco-friendly aspects of the offices.
“Having won awards for our integral initiatives which have already helped us become greener, it made perfect sense to expand into a building which already complies with our regulations.
“Our team in particular is appreciating the better working conditions and the open plan layout has really facilitated communications between teams.”
Liz Lowe, Head of Estates Morris Property said: “The ethos behind Morris Property is to maintain and work closely with both existing and new clients to listen, procure and deliver their property solutions to complement the plans a business may have for their future operational needs. We are delighted that we have been able to meet Lanyons aspirations and deliver the type and quality of office space they need going forwards. Abbey Lawn is now firmly established as a desirable office location.”
