Shropshire couriers sign, seal and deliver for local firm

Dex’s Midnight Runners (DMR) has been called upon by Concept Town Planning Ltd to obtain signatures on vital legal documents, on behalf of the firm’s clients nationwide, from Derbyshire in the north, as far as Hampshire on the south coast.

As a planning consultancy providing advice and solutions to developers nationwide, the organisation frequently requires legal agreements and documents to be authorised by a number of signatories based in other parts of the UK. DMR regularly collects vital documents from Concept Town Planning Ltd’s headquarters in Wem and deliver at an allotted time to the correct personnel at each site. The drivers then wait whilst the documents undergo assessment, and once completed, collect them for delivery elsewhere.

Derek Bennion, Director of DMR, commented: “Many people assume we only deliver parcels and larger packages, but we actually regularly transport important manuscripts for clients, who want to be absolutely certain their documents have arrived safely, and on time. We have already completed a number of consignments for Concept Town Planning over the past year, who rely on us to deliver important legal documents and receive signatures from associates at multiple sites, and often to a very tight schedule.”

Steven Hearn, Director at Concept Town Planning, said: “We chose to appoint the services of the team at DMR as they have a well-established reputation for providing an efficient and reliable service and we knew we could rely on them to undertake the task required. We often have documents that require signatures from a multitude of people across the country, which must be signed and delivered on time and using the traditional postal service would result in costly delays. We have used DMR’s services a number of times and are delighted with the results.”
