Masterclass boost for Telford Business Partnership members
Members of a Telford business network will have the chance to learn from the experts thanks to a new series of masterclass events.

The programme has been launched by Telford Business Partnership when members will step up to deliver a masterclass on their particular area of expertise.
To start the calendar of events, the first masterclass will cover business ratings and building dilapidations, and will take place on Wednesday March 13, at 4pm, at Quantum House, Hadley Park East.
Presenting on the day will be Partnership members Mark Linning from Bulleys Chartered Surveyors, and Simon Goodrick from Malcolm Hollis LLP.
They will give an overview of the business rating system to include appeals, exemptions, reliefs and suggestions on how to reduce rate liability, as well as a building surveyor’s perspective on lease end dilapidations claims and break clauses.
TBP Chairman, Robin Melley, said: “We have such a wide range of members with diverse knowledge, experience and skills that we decided to put these assets to good use.
“Members were asked to volunteer to host the masterclass events, and we have already filled our calendar for the coming months.
“Numbers will be strictly limited at each masterclass to ensure that everyone who attends gets the opportunity to be directly involved in the interactive session, and that they are able to ask as many questions as possible.”
The masterclass events are free for members of Telford Business Partnership and Telford Young Professionals, but visitors may be able to attend for a nominal fee if numbers allow.
Telford Business Partnership is a growing network of business and professional service companies, promoting the diversity and quality of their services to local companies and those relocating in the area.
Any members who would like to register for the masterclass should contact TBP administrator Jaclyn Kitson on 01952 567578 or email jaclyn.kitson@telford.gov.uk.
