Shropshire landlords launch property management business

Parry Property Management is a company dedicated to the residential property lettings industry across Shropshire. The innovation of current Shrewsbury Town footballer Paul Parry and his wife Samantha, Parry Property Management aims to provide for the property requirements of landlords and tenants alike, whilst offering a service that is second to none.

Having been landlords themselves, the Parry Property Management team have over 10 years of successful property experience, and understand the support and service that property owners and tenants need.

The branding and website for the company was undertaken by Shrewsbury digital, design and marketing communications agency Clear.

Managing Director of Parry Property Management, Samantha Parry said: “We are delighted to have launched our new website and brand in time for Spring, traditionally a popular time for people to consider a move. The rental market has constantly out-performed the sales market in recent years, and so our new website will provide an important information platform from which we will be able to provide successful solutions and relationships with our tenants and landlords. We are currently in the process of connecting with landlords and are offering an incentive to the first 20 who opt for our services.”

Gavin Mills, Managing Director of Clear said: “We are delighted to have been involved in creating the brand identity along with the development of a website for a company with so much promise. The website looks great and has been built in order to maximise usability to ensure a rewarding experience for both landlords and tenants, reflecting the entire ethos of Parry Property Management.”
