Shoothill develop bespoke project management app for Base Architecture

Software development and data visualisation specialists Shoothill has developed a bespoke project management app for Shrewsbury-based Base Architecture & Design.

The project involves the design, development, launch and maintenance of a sophisticated project management application to assist Base’s day-to-day business operations.

The system will allow the allocation of tasks to be assigned to team members, streamlining the company’s resource management. The system will be bespoke, so will parallel Base’s unique service delivery operations.

Simon Jeavons, Chief Operating Officer & Director at Shoothill, said:

“Base Architects is a pleasure to work with. We are getting to know the people and the business and are tailoring our system to suit. We can’t wait to see the many benefits this system will have both short term and long term.”

Custom CRM (customer relationship management) features, such as notes and follow-up tasks, will allow the system to host all communication information relating to a quote or a project, to ensure all internal parties can access relevant information in real-time.

Harry Reece, Managing Director at Base Architects, said that:

“Shoothill has been attentive, professional and understanding. We are looking forward to seeing the impact of integrating the finalised system into our daily operations.”
