Forge Property Consultants has announced further expansion with two new recruits joining the firm, both based at its Shropshire office.

Forge Property Consultants welcomes two new recruits

Cameron Harte joins Forge as a Senior Chartered Surveyor who primarily specialises in the valuation and survey of all types of residential property.

Originally from Telford, Cameron studied at Sheffield Hallam University, where he obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying, before moving to Bridgnorth to work with an established private practice firm, achieving MRICS status in 2001.

Cameron then worked for several large corporate surveying firms for the next 21 years, providing valuation reports for secured lending purposes and also private surveys. He joined Forge Property Consultants in October 2023.

Sue Kirk joined Forge Property as an Administrator at the end of last month. Sue provides administrative support to the whole Valuation Team, based across Forge’s four offices in Shropshire, Staffordshire, North Wales and South Wales.

Managing Director, Charles Lawson, commented: "In line with our recent opening of a brand new office in Wrexham, demand for our services, both residential and commercial, remains high across all the regions in which we operate.

"It’s always exciting to welcome new members to the firm and we are delighted to welcome Cameron and Sue to strengthen the skills of the Forge team further.”
