Shropshire Wedding Celebrant shortlisted in the 7th English Wedding Awards

After the success of previous years’ ceremonies, Oceanic events has announced the 7th English Wedding Awards 2024, with a local Wedding Celebrant a finalist.

The awards aim to celebrate the elite wedding specialists and businesses that continuously create magical moments that turn into lasting memories.

They aim to recognise and reward those within the wedding industry that work towards making the big day as perfect as possible, including the caterers that provide delicious reception meals, decorators that take care of the wedding venues and add the glam in the room or florists that know how to make any wedding flourish.

Anita Broad, a local Wedding Celebrant at Kisses to the Wind Ceremonies is one of the finalists in the Wedding Celebrant of the Year category.

Anita will find out if she will be crowned winner and take the trophy home at an elegant ceremony that will take place in early 2024 in Birmingham. Anita leads wedding ceremonies across Shropshire and the West Midlands.  

Anita says, "I’m so delighted and excited to have been nominated for this fabulous award! Being a Wedding Celebrant is such a rewarding vocation, but it’s just the icing on the cake to know that my lovely couples have taken the time to nominate me. I’m so looking forward to the glamorous awards night and meeting up with all my other amazing wedding industry colleagues. Good luck to everyone and fingers crossed for me!"
