Moogies Media celebrates 8 Years of creativity and growth

In May 2016, Moogies Management Ltd (trading as Moogies Media) was born serendipitously when Ben Coates, a volunteer at Shropshire Festivals, was asked by Beth Heath to capture photos at the events.

That experience ignited Ben’s passion for photography and videography, and he quickly transformed his newfound enthusiasm into a thriving business, offering corporate videos to local businesses. What began as a small endeavour has, over the past eight years, blossomed into a versatile digital marketing company known for its creativity and friendly, professional service.

Over time, Moogies Media expanded its services far beyond corporate videography, including weddings, podcasts, and marketing management. Ben’s passion for drone work and Moogies’ dedication to staying ahead of the technological curve led to a significant investment this year in a DJI Mavic 3 Pro drone, ensuring that they can continue to deliver cutting-edge, cinematic content.

In 2023, Vicky Coates joined Moogies Media full-time. Her passion for photography, editing, and technology has infused the company with fresh creativity and drive, enhancing the quality and variety of services offered. Together, Ben and Vicky have formed a dynamic duo, pushing the boundaries of what Moogies Media can achieve.

A notable highlight in Moogies Media’s recent history was their collaboration with Human Results in 2023, celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary. Moogies Media played a pivotal role in organising three charity events that raised an impressive £4000. Their commitment to supporting local initiatives continued in 2024 with Eyton Races, handling the marketing for their much-esteemed point-to-point meetings.

October 2022 marked another milestone with the launch of Garage Talk Online, an automotive aftermarket news site. This venture expanded further in January 2024 with the introduction of Garage Talk Unwrapped, an aftermarket video magazine that has quickly gained traction. Additionally, Moogies Media recognised the unique demands of wedding videography and in February this year, they launched AMG Wedding Films as a distinct brand dedicated exclusively to capturing the magic of weddings.

As Moogies Media celebrates its eighth anniversary, it stands as a testament to passion, innovation, and community spirit. From humble beginnings to a multifaceted media agency, Moogies Media continues to evolve, driven by a commitment to excellence and a keen eye on the future. Here’s to many more years of storytelling, creativity, and success.
