A Shifnal cycling shop has relocated to larger premises in the town by relocating to Market Place, with the letting handled by Towler Shaw Roberts.

Shifnal Cycles relocates to larger premises in the town

The company’s new property forms part of a substantial Grade II mixed use commercial property and extends to 754 sq ft.

Located opposite Shifnal railway station, it provides stylish and well-appointed ground floor accommodation.

Gordon Kidd, who runs Shifnal Cycles, said: “The new shop is literally just round the corner from where we were previously, but this is a bigger shop.

“We are a family-run business that's been in Shifnal for 15 months. Prior to that, we were trading under another name from my garage at home for three and a half years.

“This move is a big step and we are excited.

“We all ride bikes, so it is a rider-owned shop, and we cater for both road and mountain biking, and gravel bikes, as we ride them all.”

Toby Shaw, who handled the letting for TSR, added: “The attractive property at 2 Market Place occupies a prominent location in Shifnal town centre close to a number national and independent traders.

“It was identified by Shifnal Cycles as being ideal to expand their business and we wish them continued success in their new premises.”

Shifnal Cycles is a full-service bike shop which, as well as selling bikes, offers repairs, tune-ups, and custom bike builds, as well as group rides.
