Morris Property chooses Apogee for utility management in Shropshire
Apogee Property and Utility Consultants Ltd has been appointed by Morris Property to manage all utility services across their developments in Shrewsbury and Telford.
This comprehensive agreement encompasses a full range of services, from initial utility searches and site investigations to securing new connections and overseeing the entire "meters on" process. Apogee will also be responsible for managing diversionary works, site remediation, developing connection strategies, and handling all legal agreements.
