Buy-From Creative Agency has revealed an exciting new chapter in its leadership as it enters its 10th year of business in 2025.

Leadership changes at Buy-From Creative Agency

Founded in 2015, the agency has spent the past decade empowering businesses across the UK with creative marketing solutions, innovative storytelling, and a commitment to supporting SMEs. As the company celebrates this milestone, it also marks a significant transition in leadership that paves the way for an exciting future.

Louise Welsby, the agency’s Managing Director, has taken a step back from her operational role to take on the positions of Chair and Creative Director. This change will allow Louise to focus her creative expertise on the agency’s evolving vision while embracing a new role as Director of External Relations at Wrekin College.

Taking the reins as Chief Operating Officer is Jessica Ralph, the agency’s current Marketing Director. With her extensive marketing experience, creative energy, and deep understanding of Buy-From’s ethos, Jessica is poised to lead the agency through its next decade of success.

Reflecting on this new chapter, Louise shared: "Celebrating Buy-From’s 10th Anniversary is a moment of immense pride for me and our incredible team. It’s a testament to our shared passion and dedication to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As I transition into my new roles, I’m excited to focus on the creative heart of the agency while taking on a new and fulfilling role at Wrekin College. Jessica is a brilliant leader, and I know she will drive Buy-From forward with energy and vision as we embark on the next phase of our journey."

Jessica Ralph expressed her enthusiasm for the year ahead:  "Buy-From has grown into something truly special over the past 10 years, and I’m honoured to take on the role of COO at such an exciting time in our history. I’m committed to building on our strong foundation, nurturing our team’s creativity, and ensuring we continue to provide the innovative, personalised service that our clients value. Here’s to the next decade of Buy-From!"

Since its inception in 2015, Buy-From Creative Agency has been a champion of small businesses, offering tailored marketing solutions that help brands connect with their audiences. With services spanning branding, PR, social media, content creation, and design, the agency has worked with clients across diverse industries, from retail and food to cultural heritage and education.

Buy-From’s commitment to innovation and community impact has been at the core of its success. Over the years, the agency has supported hundreds of businesses, helping them grow and thrive through thoughtful, creative strategies.

As 2025 begins, Buy-From is poised to make it their best year yet.
