Shropshire Chamber Members offered free 'Growing Your Business' workshop
A special event for Shropshire Chamber of Commerce members is set to take place later this month.
The ‘Growing Your Business’ workshop will run from 8.30am to 11am on Wednesday January 22, at the Chamber’s Telford offices, Trevithick House on Stafford Park.
Experts from WR Partners will guide members through a step-by-step process to evaluate the current status of their business, define their aspirations, and develop a robust plan to bridge the gap between the two.
Chamber events and training manager Kelly Riedel said: “Delegates will be encouraged to focus on understanding their current position, set clear goals and to craft a strategic plan to achieve them.
“They will explore essential aspects of financial planning, cashflow management and future growth strategies with expert guidance from the team from WR Partners.”
Topics on the day will include: financial planning and analysis to help with forecasting trends; identifying opportunities; and advice on how to make informed decisions that drive growth.
“The workshop will help businesses to master techniques to maintain a healthy cash flow, ensuring they have the liquidity they need to thrive and invest in future opportunities,” Kelly added.
“Delegates will also receive advice on how to create a clear road map with actionable goals and milestones to position their business for long term success and sustainability.”
Any Chamber members interested in attending the workshop or looking for more information should contact Kelly on 01952 208228 or email k.riedel@shropshire-chamber.co.uk
