Heather Noble, the driving force behind Salt Solutions (Consultancy) Ltd, is celebrating 16 years in business this year. Based near Oswestry, the company has become a cornerstone of support for businesses and charities across Shropshire and the wider UK.

Heather’s journey began in 2009, amidst the challenging economic climate of the financial crash, when she was made redundant. Undeterred, she launched her consultancy as a sole trader, drawing on her expertise to offer tailored business training, coaching, and mentoring.

Ten years later, in 2019, Salt Solutions marked a significant milestone by incorporating as a limited company. This move proved to be a catalyst for further growth and success, solidifying the company's position as a leading provider of business support.

Reflecting on the past 16 years, Founder and Director Heather Noble expressed her deep connection to the local business community. “I have a great love of Shropshire businesses and take great delight in helping them to thrive in any way possible,” she said. “As a coach and trainer, it’s crucial that my customers receive the support that is most relevant to their specific needs.”
