Radfield Home Care has been named one of the Top 20 homecare groups in the UK by independent reviews site Homecare.co.uk.

Shrewsbury care group named among the top 20 in the UK

This marks the eighth consecutive year that the homecare provider, headquartered in Shrewsbury, has received the prestigious recognition.

The award is based entirely on the reviews and experiences of those receiving care at home, and their families, and places Radfield among the top-performing providers in a field of over 12,000 across the UK.

Overall, the provider, which has 35 trading franchise offices and four soon to launch across the country, retains a group review score of 9.8/10 based on over 1,000 reviews.

Dr Hannah MacKechnie, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Radfield Home Care, said the award is a reflection of the hard work and compassion of dedicated care teams across the network.

She added: “Eight years of consistent recognition by Homecare.co.uk is something we're incredibly proud of and has only been made possible because of the extraordinary people who make up the Radfield family."

"This award is especially meaningful because it reflects the lived experiences of our clients and their families. It shows that our approach to care; supporting people to be themselves, stay connected, and feel inspired, is not just valued, but making a real difference across the country."

The recognition comes at a time when more families are exploring alternatives to residential care homes and instead choosing to receive personalised care in their own homes, where they are surrounded by familiar comforts and connected to their local communities.

With over 40 years of experience, Radfield Home Care supports older people to age well and stay living happily and independently at home, maintaining their daily routines and engaging with the hobbies and interests they love.

Radfield’s care model includes visiting care, live-in care, adult day care centres, and connected care through assistive technology. Its unique Caring for our Carers™ pledge supports Care Professionals with fair pay, quality training, and meaningful career development.

Radfield Home Care continues to expand its network of locally run offices, so that more people can receive the exceptional care they need and deserve.
