Leaton Forest Offices now fully occupied

Set in a pleasant rural location, Leaton Forest Offices features nine self-contained high-spec suites in transformed traditional former farm buildings.

We are Champions, which already occupies Unit 2 as a base for its adult day service, has now also completed the letting of Units 8 and 9 as part of an expansion, while Ercall Green Limited, an engineering company, has secured the letting of Unit 6.

Josh Hyde, who handled the lettings for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “It’s pleasing that the site at Leaton Forest Offices is now fully occupied after the completion of lettings of the final vacant suites.

“The offices continue to prove extremely popular with its rural location in the village of Leaton, around 10 minutes from Shrewsbury town centre, making it particularly attractive.

“The suites provide high specification and environmentally efficient accommodation, with generous car parking facilities and solar generated electricity.

“The Leaton Forest Offices retain the character and some original features from the farm building it once was, while they also benefit from an attractive courtyard setting.”

He added: “We are Champions are expanding. Already on site at Unit 2, which they will retain, they now also have Units 8 and 9 to provide more admin and training space for the services and activities they offer.

“Ercall Green Limited has completed the letting of Unit 6 to be used as the company’s office.”
