Shropshire-based marketing agency, Reech, has announced the launch of its 2026 ‘Reech and Reward’ initiative, marking the 5th year for the programme.

Reech & Reward 2026 applications are now open

To celebrate the milestone the agency is doubling its commitment, increasing the value of marketing funding from £10,000 to £20,000, meaning more support, more opportunities and more impact.

Since its debut in 2022, Reech and Reward has provided local non-profits with full access to the agency's specialist teams, including strategy, web, digital marketing, and creative. Previous winners, including Shrewsbury Food Hub, Brightstar Boxing, Dog A.I.D., and Stay, have used the partnership to take on total rebrands, launch major awareness campaigns, and develop high-performing digital platforms.

Talking to Rob Hughes, Founder and Managing Director of Reech, about the origins of the reward programme, he explained, “Throughout our history we've supported local charities with lots of ad hoc support and one-off projects. Reech and Reward was born from thinking about how we could actually make a difference to these organisations. So, we decided to put our efforts into supporting one charity for the year and delivering real, tangible results.”

The decision to double the fund to £20,000 reflects the agency’s growth and its ongoing commitment to the Shropshire community. When asked what Reech and Reward means to the agency, Amelia Redge, Agency Director said, “Reech and Reward is one of our favourite times in the calendar. It brings us together as an agency with inspiring organisations and lets us use marketing frameworks trusted by the biggest brands to help local charities achieve their goals.”

Applications for Reech and Reward 2026 are now open to all Shropshire-based charities and non-profit organisations. The application process involves an initial online submission, followed by a shortlist of causes invited to pitch their vision to the Reech team at their Shrewsbury Business Park headquarters.

The application window spans from 13th April to 5th May. Charities interested in applying can find the full criteria and application form at reech.agency/reech-and-reward/.

Charities are also invited to a launch event for Reech and Reward on Thursday 16th April, from 5pm to 6pm at Reech’s offices. This is an opportunity to hear from past winners and have your questions answered by the Reech team. For more information and to RSVP, please email hello@reech.agency.
