Shrewsbury is set to experience a wave of nostalgia as "This is…Underground" returns to The Cellars Club on Saturday, February 22nd.

This is…Underground returns to The Cellars Club in Shrewsbury

Organised by Knackered Knees Presents, the event promises to transport partygoers back to the golden age of clubbing with a night of deep house, techno, and breaks.

Following the resounding success of their first party in October, "This is…Underground" aims to recreate the magic of the 90s and 00s club scene.

Expect a night of real records spun by seasoned DJs, with a focus on the music and the pure joy of dancing.

"We want people to leave their phones at the door and just lose themselves in the music," says Johnty, one of the organisers. "This is about recapturing that feeling of freedom and connection you get on the dancefloor."

The event will raise funds for The Hive, a local charity.
