Those looking to bolster their self-esteem and kickstart a new chapter in their lives are being invited to a specialist Confidence and Empowerment Event later this month.

Sian Brennan-Todd to host Empowerment Workshop in Shrewsbury

The workshop will be led by Sian Brennan-Todd, a familiar voice to many as a presenter on Shropshire Live, who is bringing her sought-after coaching techniques to the heart of the county.

The session is specifically designed for individuals who feel they have hit a plateau or are struggling with persistent self-doubt. By focusing on practical tools and psychological shifts, the event aims to help attendees reconnect with their sense of self-worth and develop the inner strength necessary to navigate personal and professional challenges.

Participants can expect an uplifting environment focused on breaking through mental barriers.

Sian emphasises that confidence is not a fixed trait but a skill that can be cultivated. Throughout the four-hour session, she will share the exact strategies required to silence "imposter syndrome" and encourage attendees to use their voices more effectively in their daily lives.

The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday 22 February, running from 10 am until 2 pm. The workshop will be hosted at the Shrewsbury Town Football Club, providing a spacious and central venue for the gathering.

Spaces for the workshop are limited to ensure an impactful experience for all involved. Those interested in attending or seeking further information are encouraged to secure their place by contacting Sian via email at sian@baysgymcheerdance.com.
