Leegomery Man Died of Natural Causes
Police have confirmed that the investigation launched early yesterday morning after the body of a man was found at a house on Halifax Drive in Leegomery has now been scaled down.

Detective Inspector Nick Haggitt, who has been leading this investigation, said:
“There are further tests to do but we are not now treating this death as suspicious and therefore this is no longer a murder inquiry.
“The 52-year-old man arrested at the scene just after the body was found at 4.15am was released without charge last night.
“I’d like to thank local people for their understanding while we carried out investigative work in and around Halifax Drive during the course of yesterday – I hope our work did not cause too much disruption and I’m pleased that they will now be able to get back to living their lives as they normally do.”
