Man charged after shots fired at Telford home
Police are this afternoon continuing their investigations after shots were fired at a Telford home during the early hours of Saturday morning.
The gunshots were fired from a silver hatchback car which travelling along Leicester Way, in Leegomery at just after midnight on Saturday. It’s believed four shots were fired from the vehicle.
Two men, were arrested following the incident and taken to Malinsgate Police Station for questioning. They have since been released on police bail.
A third man in his 20s was charged with threats to kill and intimidation of a witness or juror.
His arrest was made following a separate incident of disorder on Thursday night at the property in Leicester Way. During the incident, a number of people with baseball bats had turned up at the property.
He appeared at Telford Magistrates Court today.
