Woman Airlifted to hospital after A5 Crash
One woman has been airlifted to hospital and two men have been injured following a two car crash in Shropshire during rush hour this morning.

The collision happened on the A5 near to Weston-under-Lizard, just outside the Shropshire Border, shortly after 9.00am this Morning.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “The community first responders arrived first on scene to find two cars which had been involved in a significant collision; both cars were badly damaged and one had ended up on its roof.
“The driver of the car on its roof, a woman believed to be in her 40s, had been pulled out of the vehicle by passers-by and had reportedly been unconscious for a period.
“The woman, who had regained consciousness, was assessed and was found to have suffered a head injury in the crash. She was treated on scene, immobilised with a neck collar and spinal board as a precaution, and flown to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for further assessment and treatment.
“Two men, both in their 20s, were out of the second car and walking around the scene. Both were assessed and were found to have suffered very minor injuries; one had neck pain and was taken to Princess Royal Hospital by land ambulance as a precaution.”
