Police seek shropshire man recalled to prison for breaching licence conditions
Police in Shropshire today issued the picture of a man recalled to prison for breaching the conditions of his licence.

They are also trying to trace Steven Ronald Bebb in connection with an alleged assault in Shrewsbury on June 27 in which a woman received cuts and bruises.
Officers believe 28-year-old Bebb, whose recent address has been in Shrewsbury but currently is of no fixed abode, may have information which will assist their inquiries.
Detective Inspector Mick Homden said: “We believe Bebb may be able to help us with our investigation into the alleged assault.
“We have been trying to locate him for some days and would urge him to make contact by calling Shrewsbury police station on 0300 333 3000 or by attending any police station.
“We would also ask anyone who knows his whereabouts to get in touch.”
DI Homden said Bebb, whose nickname is “Finney” was wanted for recall to prison. He was serving a sentence for house burglary and released in February on licence. “However, he has breached several conditions of his prison licence and has therefore been recalled.”
Information about Bebb can also be given to the anonymous Crimestoppers number, 0800 555 111.
